☕ Pour It Forward Program — Participation Guidelines

Monumental Coffee Co. is proud to collaborate with local businesses, organizations, and causes through our Pour It Forward program — a way to treat our community while sharing something meaningful. To keep the experience positive for everyone involved, we ask all participants to respect the following guidelines:

1. Respect for Guests

• Participants may not directly approach, solicit, or distribute materials to patrons unless a customer initiates the conversation.

• Our café is a shared space for all guests to relax and enjoy their visit. Please allow customers to approach your table or display on their own.

2. Event Presence

• Hosts may display approved signage or informational materials at the designated area provided by Monumental Coffee Co.

• All materials must be pre-approved to ensure alignment with our community values and café atmosphere.

3. Positive Representation

• All interactions should remain friendly, welcoming, and non-disruptive to daily café operations.

• Political, religious, or controversial advocacy is not permitted during Pour It Forward events.

4. Space & Timing

• Participants must respect agreed-upon setup and teardown times.

• Monumental Coffee Co. reserves the right to adjust seating or event layout to ensure a balanced environment for all guests.

5. Community Spirit

• The goal of Pour It Forward is to give — not to sell. Each cup poured forward represents generosity and goodwill.

• We encourage light, conversational engagement and genuine connection — never pressure or promotion.
